Renia, Ms. Perez

Renia has overcome many obstacles to attain her diploma.  Her relentless concentration to completing all credits in time for the graduation ceremony serves as a bold example for budding seniors to follow.

Natalie's determination and collegial approach to her education has allowed her to make the utmost of the advantages provided by CSSD.  She has, with pertinacious attention to detail and design, graduated a year early.

While he might have palavered twice a week in class  while waiting for Mr. Smith to meet with him, Shawn (below with Mr. Smith) has steadily accomplished  his academic goals at CSSD. He is to be commended for his hard work and hatless presence.

It might be said that Randy (below with Mr. Goyette) strode toward graduation at a pace most frustrating for his parents and teachers. In the end, he faced his most formidable foe, Intermediate Algebra, and defeated it in good time.

Alex Keophaseut watched as many of his classmates opted for the GED or graduated before him.  At times, feeling greatly discouraged, he questioned whether or not he would attain his high school diploma.  Nevertheless, Alex held on to his goals and graduated with the class of 2004 having overcome social distractions and the urge to abondon school for his new job.

With Alex's graduation the Harmonium classroom comes to the end of an era, as the last of the original students Mr. Goyette and Mr. Smith first taught move on to their respective college and career opportunities.  Thank you, Alex, for having the determination to complete all of the requirements for your high school diploma.
